Our service model is built around monthly memberships for consistent, reliable cleanings.

Membership customers are always billed on the 1st of each month, regardless of service date.

A valid card must be saved on file for ongoing service.

We allow a 24-hour service window to complete your cleaning in case of mechanical issues, routing delays, or weather.

Cancellation and late fees may be applied according to the policies below.

Payment & Billing

Our business operates on a recurring monthly membership model to ensure reliable and timely service.

All members are required to keep an active card on file.

Billing occurs on the 1st of every month, even if your cleaning happens on a different day.

A $6.50 late fee is applied after a five-day grace period.

If payment remains unpaid by the 6th, the late fee will be charged and the “No Pay, No Spray” policy may go into effect (service paused until payment is completed).

We encourage customers to communicate with us ahead of time if payment difficulties arise.

Membership Commitment Policy

Our discounted monthly pricing is based on customers committing to at least 4 months of service.
If you cancel early, before completing four months, you will be charged the one-time cleaning rate for each cleaning already received.

How Service Works & What to Expect

Scheduling

We work around your regular trash and recycling pickup days.

Cleanings are scheduled for same-day or next-day service, depending on area and weather conditions.

Delays may occur during rainy seasons, holidays, or in high-volume periods.

You will not always receive delay notifications, but rest assured your stop remains on our schedule.

Day-Of Cleaning

Our team arrives curbside with a high-powered, professional can-cleaning system — not a hose and bleach.

Cans are pressure-washed inside and out using 210-degree high-pressure water, removing buildup and eliminating 99.9% of harmful bacteria including e-coli.

After cleaning, cans are sprayed with an eco-friendly deodorizer that leaves them fresh and hygienic.

We return your clean cans to your home for your convenience.

Please avoid using your cans before we arrive, as they must be completely empty for service.
